Figured my new blog- I think

This is the quilt I made for a 3 yr old family friend. He loved it and didn't want to sleep as he wanted to "read" all the pictures. Don't you love it when a quilt you made is loved?
I've been having trouble after I swapped to the new version of my blog but I think I have it sorted now.
I've also been busy home-nursing as my DH has badly injured his shoulder while playing cricket. Hopefully he'll recover without surgery but his progress is slow so far.
In the meantime I'm busy with the charity quilts and I'm just finishing off my 3rd UFO for the year.

It's a graet feeling when they love it. I haven't been brave enough to update my template yet...
Hope the cricket fan picks up, and how are you getting on without your Mum, Jan?

Jan, that is the best response to a quilt. What a darling.

The words of a child are golden when such a compliment is hidden in them! It is a very nice quilt. Congratulations!
I hope your DH gets well soon.

I'd much rather a quilt be loved then tucked away in a closet for safe keeping! Hope DH recovers quickly no matter what is necessary.

How wonderful that he loved it so much. Children are always honest about what they think.

Hope your husband's shoulder doesn't need surgery. My son loves cricket, but he spectates instead of playing. =) I, on the other hand, can't seem to get the hang of the rules.
