My Lovely Mum

Thank you so much for your many kind words for my Mum's passing. I managed to give her eulogy and honoured her work for the family and all the charity work she did. She was a seamstress and not a quilter but put together many quilt tops for me to quilt for charities.
She will be sorely missed and I have pledged 200 hand made items to chairty in her memory.
I've been busy knitting and crocheting and will list them as they are sent off.
I hope to resume normal blogging tomorrow.
Love and hugs to you all.

Jan: I'm sorry about your mom. With our move, I've been so behind on reading blogs and I didn't even know. What a great tribute to your mom!

I've read your blog a few times but never left a comment. I'm so sorry about your mom. It is a difficult thing to get past but you are doing a wonderful thing. Hand made items given in her name is a great tribute. You also just made me realize where I need to donate my heartstrings quilts. I need to send them where my mom would have wanted them to go.
